To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Finance Administrator to manage administrative processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Your Role:
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and supporting the organization with periodic financial reports. You will oversee budget control and ensure an efficient administration. You will work closely with colleagues in the Finance team and report directly to the Operations Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize administrative processes
- Prepare and monitor forecasts and budgets
- Generate, analyze, and provide advice based on periodic financial reports
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Cash flow management and financial stream monitoring
- Contract management and compliance with financial obligations
Your Profile
- Completed MBO/HBO (Associate/Bachelor’s) degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration or controlling
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information clearly
- Proactive approach in optimizing processes and managing cash flow
- Experience in a creatively driven environment
