As an ECOM Intern at The New Originals, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce. Working closely with our E-commerce team, you will assist in managing our online store and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role presents an exciting opportunity to learn about e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, customer engagement, and more, all while contributing to the success of our brand

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of our online store, including product uploads, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Support the E-commerce team in executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize the online shopping journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining records, generating reports, and assisting with special projects 

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus but not required
