Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for an experienced B2B Account Manager to join us full-time. You'll be the go-to person for managing our wholesale accounts in the Benelux region and overseeing our sales agents in Italy, France, and Germany. If you're a pro at handling orders and re-orders and have a knack for building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Manage and nurture wholesale accounts in the Benelux region
- Oversee and support our sales agents in Italy, France, and Germany
- Collect and manage orders and re-orders from our clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and sales agents
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular insights to management
- Analyze and develop market strategies for different countries to ensure optimal performance
- Identify and chase new business opportunities to grow our market presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors' activities
What We're Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B account management or sales
- Proven track record in managing wholesale accounts and international sales agents
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market strategies across different countries
- Top-notch organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team setting
- Experience with sales software and CRM systems
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Dutch, Italian, French, German) are a plus
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
