Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, solve problems, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. This is a dynamic role where you’ll contribute to both customer happiness and operational efficiency.

 

Your Responsibilities

1. Damaged Items Management:

Track damaged items in an Excel overview for production insights.

Arrange replacements or create discount codes for customers.

Report costs of damaged items to the relevant departments.

2. Order Issue Resolution:

Think creatively to suggest improvements for recurring problems.

Correct delivery errors and resolve issues such as:

Lost or undelivered packages.

Damaged goods.

Return-related challenges (e.g., generating new labels).

Klarna or courier-related problems. 

3. Customer and Internal Communication:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and other channels.

Handle complaints, update missing address details, and provide updates about delays or stock issues.

Forward queries to the appropriate teams (e.g., HR, production, PR, or finance).

Deliver meaningful and friendly communication to foster a strong sense of community. 

4. Internal Coordination:

Liaise with the warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with colleagues in e-commerce, B2B, and return processes.

Respond to questions about inventory, retail matters, and payments.

5. Answering FAQs:

Address common inquiries about sizing, stock availability, store visits, or retailers.

Provide support for bulk orders.

 

Who You Are

Customer-focused and solution-oriented, with a passion for helping others.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A great communicator, fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus).

Comfortable using tools like Excel and email systems.
