Job Description: 

As a Junior/Medior Product Developer in fashion, you play a crucial role in the development process of our products. You will work closely with the design, production, and purchasing teams to ensure that our garments are of the highest quality and meet market demands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development of new fashion collections from concept to final product

- Assist in selecting fabrics, colors, and accessories in collaboration with the design team

- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain the right materials and optimize production processes

- Contribute to technical specifications and product documentation

- Follow fashion trends and conduct market research to generate innovative product ideas

- Assist in checking product samples and provide feedback to ensure quality and fit

- Coordinate production timelines and ensure timely delivery of products

 

What We're Looking For:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in product development or a related field

- Completed education in Fashion, Textile, Product Development, or a related field

- Passion for fashion with a keen eye for detail and quality

- Basic knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production techniques

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company

- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken

- Experience with software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and tech packs
